Delivery Time

At BÚMBUNER, each piece is handcrafted with the utmost care. Our jewellery is not mass-produced: each piece goes through a unique creation process that requires time and dedication.

The estimated production time is 7 to 12 business days, depending on the design and the workload of the workshop. Once your piece is completed, you will receive a shipping notification along with a tracking number so you can monitor your order at all times.

Domestic shipments (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) typically take 2 to 4 business days from the completion of the piece. International shipments or special destinations (Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) usually take 7 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that orders placed after 10:00 a.m. will be processed on the next business day. Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays. Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as transportation issues, customs, or weather conditions.

Shipping Process

All shipments include a tracking number, which you will receive by email once your order has been processed.

Before shipping, you will receive a purchase confirmation for your peace of mind. You can track your order at any time via the provided tracking link.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and will be displayed before payment confirmation. This way, you will always have full control over the final cost.

Shipping costs do not include local import taxes for orders outside the European Union. However, any applicable customs duties or import fees will be covered by us: the recipient will not incur any additional charges upon delivery, regardless of the customs regulations of the destination country.
