RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At BÚMBUNER, we take great care in crafting our pieces and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, should you wish to request a return or exchange, you are entitled to do so within 14 business days from the date of delivery.
Requirements:
The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with its original packaging intact.
Returns will not be accepted for custom-made or personaliced pieces, unless the item is faulty.
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges:
To request an exchange—such as a change of size or model—please contact us at bumbuner@bumbuner.com or info@bumbuner.com, clearly stating your order number and the reason for the exchange.
Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, and verified that it meets the return conditions, we will proceed to issue a refund via the original method of payment within 7 working days.
